What is Included in the P&G Assessment Test?

P&G Interactive Assessment – Cognitive Ability Test

As the test progresses, the questions become more difficult. You will need to work in line with a recommended time limit, so this test is also used to check your ability to work under pressure.
To keep track of time, you will see an on-screen timer showing how much time you have left and the level you are currently working on.
Grid Challenge – 9 to 12 Minutes
The Grid Challenge checks a job applicant’s short-term memory skills and spatial reasoning abilities.
You will be shown a grid that is covered in squares and dots.
You will need to remember where the lit-up dots are located on the grid. At the same time, you will be presented with related tasks, which you will need to work through.
The Grid Challenge comprises two to five different rounds. Each round takes up to four minutes to work through.
Within each round, there are several different levels to complete. When taking the test, you will need to switch between viewing the grids and completing the given spatial orientation tasks.
Digit Challenge – Around 6 Minutes
This test is designed to assess a job applicant’s numerical abilities. It also checks how quickly and accurately you are able to work through the questions.
For each question in the test, you will be shown an equation with missing numbers. You will need to work out the equation, before choosing numbers to fill in the missing spaces.
Once you have chosen the missing numbers, you should double check that the equation is now complete and correct.
Again, you will see an on-screen timer, which will automatically appear when you begin the first activity. Your test results will take into account your speed and accuracy levels.
Procter and Gamble PEAK Performance Test
This is a P&G-branded test. It is made up of a combination of personality assessment questions and situational judgment questions.
The situational judgment questions are designed to mirror typical situations you may find yourself in when working for P&G.
This test is used to assess your work-related behavior and attitudes, past experience, interests and overall compatibility with the P&G culture.
The personality assessment questions require you to use a sliding scale to rate how much you agree with a given statement.
